Spring Into Happiness

Spring has finally arrived, and with it comes a renewed sense of energy and the opportunity for fresh starts. If you're looking to make positive changes in your life, I'm excited to introduce you to my new program:

Spring Into Happiness: A 5-Week Journey of Habit Resetting and Self-Discovery.

As a life coach and registered nurse, I specialize in helping burnt-out individuals who feel disconnected and depleted in their personal and professional lives. In this program, we'll focus on cultivating new happiness habits and training our brains to be healthier and happier so we can suffer less.

Did you know that positive thoughts release dopamine and serotonin, which make us feel better, while negative thoughts release cortisol, which causes anxiety and depression?

During our 5-week journey together, we'll meet weekly for 60-minute sessions, and you'll receive journal support, a text thread with daily affirmations and reminders for our 30-day happiness challenge, and access to a small supportive community.

What's better than doing something like this alone? Doing it with a friend!

We'll start by setting intentions and planning for a successful 30-day happiness habit challenge during our first week together. I believe that setting up a good plan is crucial to success, and we want to make sure that we're set up for success from the start.

 Throughout the program, we'll be focusing on daily intention setting, positive affirmations, and gratitude practices to help you embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. By forming new habits through consistent daily practice, we'll start planting the seeds for laying down those neural pathways in the brain that will lead to long-lasting results.

At the end of the five weeks, you'll have a jumpstart for your year with new happiness habits and a tool bag full of practices to help you live up to your full potential.

Remember these important paradigms to help you along the way:

I'll be hosting two group session times to choose from:

Tuesday, April 18th at 11 am PST or Wednesday at 6 pm PST.

 

Both sessions will be held via Zoom.
